Description

Development and implementation of a web-based, multilingual workflow application with an intuitive user interface based on IBM Lotus Notes/Domino, Lotus Workflow and IBM WebSphere. Integration of all organisational units at low licensing costs, detailed headings for responsible persons, simple configuration via Notes client.

Results

Replacement of decentralised reclamation processing and thus complete reclamation processing (entire life cycle). Cost reduction through automation, shortened lead times and uniform process handling. Transparency of all reclamations for authorised persons. Integration of master data from S/390 and system independence.
